Just after practicing this heightening of your spiritual sense of audio, you’ll likely start to notice you are a great deal much more aware of the various sounds surrounding you. That whenever you are inside a conversation with somebody that you can listen to them yet at the same time you’re conscious of the sound forms in the birds or maybe the rustle of the leaves within the wind surrounding you. That you are able to also be focused on the various sounds yet also conscious of the other sound forms surrounding you.
This is similar to how native indigenous people hear the wilderness. For when they are out hunting they should be fully conscious of their environment. In both a visual sense in addition to an audible perception. So when I’ve checked into and become conscious in the sounds around me, I then have a couple of moments to walk exactly where I feel drawn in this state of heightened hearing. At the same time I play with going within in 3-D eyesight whilst also being in stereo surround sound. The planet becomes a different location whilst walking in this state. It becomes much more alive. More real. Once practicing and combining with no tension within your body, every second starts to become an eternity. Extended. Expanded. For when you start expanding your senses you’re beginning to open up the doors and also to melt into the current eternal moment.
The perception of sight and sense of sound are each outward senses. We glance outward and we hear outwards. For most people, they are our two predominant senses. As soon as they’re expanded it’s simpler to tap in to the spiritual world past the one we usually know.
However, you are able to go deeper by expanding more of your senses.
The next perception I have participants broaden and explore on a heart walk is their perception of scent. So far as the schism of senses is concerned, each smell and taste are grouped together. They’re both inner senses and they’re both chemical reactions that occur inside our body.
The sense of scent is usually ignored inside our culture. We are forever stuffing down our organic perception of smell by putting on deodorants, spraying rooms with deodorizers and eliminating almost all of the smell that comes our way. We even justify ourselves for making smells. With time, this cultural aversion to smells has dulled our sense of smell in a way that we are unable to pick up the scent of a path as native indigenous people once did.
Meditation is always the most important factor to forming a spiritual connection with your land.

Or maybe you will discover a natural rhythm and develop your intuition inside the bird calls surrounding you. The rhythm a crow sings at. As opposed to the natural rhythm of the finch. A magpie. Or maybe a honey eater.
Merely invest time listening to the organic rhythms of the sounds around you. Within the cone of audio coming to you from all locations. Picture this rhythm is like a international language and that you are attempting to interpret the language by listening towards the patterns. Listening towards the rhythms of the wilderness.
As you listen to the rhythms and deepen your sense of intuition inside this sphere of sound around you both near and far away you will probably notice that your attention and consciousness will fall onto a particular sound for a few moments. That you are naturally drawn to a particular sound. Maybe it’s the mild fall of some water within the distance from a waterfall.
While you pay attention to that specific sound form you’re feeling drawn to, begin to pay attention to the little nuances inside the sounds. To the little sounds inside the sound. You will probably notice there are both high pitched and low pitched personal sounds inside the particular sound. That there are little vibrations inside the sounds. And once more you’ll likely discover that after a while your focus will naturally be drawn to a different sound inside your sphere of sound actively visit and be with this sound. After a short time you’ll likely notice which you naturally flow from sound to sound. Like a dance. Being with a sound after which by natural means flowing to the subsequent sound form. Towards the sounds close to you. To the sounds a long way away from you. To the sounds in front of you. Towards the sounds above you. That you’ll be aware in the patterns within the sounds as well as all the little sounds within the various sounds.
Being to the rhythm in the sounds. Flowing with the sounds. Simply joining with the sounds around you. Getting up and going with the nuances inside the flow of the sound forms.

However on a rite of passage it is possible to again heighten our perception of scent by trying a few routines whilst out in nature.
The very first way is to put your focus, your consciousness in your perception of scent while you walk via nature. Merely placing your awareness on what you are smelling will once more get you away from your thoughts and into your senses.
As you start to be aware of the smells around you, the next stage is to heighten your sense of scent. You will most likely discover that your perception of smell is a great deal more powerful on your in-breath as opposed to your out breath. That is why dogs sniff so much. By taking in short sharp sniffs they are able to pick up much more smells.
So to heighten your sense of scent in the wilderness, do as dogs do and take in a variety of short sharp breaths whenever you notice a scent you feel drawn to.
While you stroll around you’ll most likely also discover you will find much more smells closer to the ground and that the smells close to the ground are a great deal more powerful. Start to apply using short sharp breaths at head locations in addition to closer towards the ground and become aware of that which you pick up.
You’ll most likely also notice that while you stroll along, wet parts and objects in the wilderness possess a stronger scent than dry objects. When you have a drinking bottle handy you are able to practice smelling objects once they are dry after which smelling them once more when they are wet. You’ll most likely discover the smells are more powerful and you pick up much more small nuances within their scent when moist.
While you explore further into your perception of smell also attempt crushing a couple of leaves as you go and discover their smell. Attempt to gather up the little nuances within the smells. Like subtle flavors inside the smells.
An additional physical exercise you can experiment with on your rite of passage is passive smelling. When you’re taking short sharp breaths you are actively heightening your sense of scent and looking for smells. Nevertheless in the event you sit on the earth in the same location, instead start to be aware of the smells that are coming your way. Allow the smells surrounding you and also along the wind to come for you. You will turn out to be conscious that at every second in time the air smells different. Just like looking at a wave on the ocean. Each second differs. So too with the continual smells about you that are coming your way. Simply sit within the same spot and allow the different smells to come your way.
Learn how to do your own rite of passage immersed in the wilderness.

So if ever you feel your current life is not in alignment with the guiding power and not flowing, make an effort to drop in and hear your heart. For the heart is in continuous alignment with the guiding power. Continuously providing you phrases of wisdom and support. It is just a choice you make of listening to the delicate voice within your heart and going with it’s knowledge to get back into the aligned movement of life once more.
On a heart stroll, you will tap in to the knowledge, messages and insights that nature is constantly giving us around an intention which you set.
The intention could be completely anything, however it is generally around something which is very important to you. For example it could be a relationship issue, a career path or a monetary constraint. Your intention could also be simply to connect much more deeply with nature. I usually discover the very best intentions are something that is very important for you that is in your thoughts a lot and is even now still unresolved.
Therefore the first stage of enlightenment would be to get clear on your intention for the Heart Stroll. I usually discover the greater the energy you place into setting your intention, the clearer the answers you receive from nature will be.
Most people have an instantaneous sense of what their intention will be. Of something they want clarity about. However, the concept is to get this intention for your heart walk down into 1 sentence. The clearer the intention, the clearer the messages you’ll obtain from nature.
What I’ve found is that when individuals initially begin thinking about their intention, there are a lot of ideas floating about inside their minds. These are usually vague ideas and concepts that perhaps are not extremely clear. Therefore the initial phase of your heart stroll would be to get these loose concepts down into a distinct intention.
The way in which to do this really is to pick up your heart stroll journal and begin jotting down your intention for the heart stroll. To simply just begin thinking about something you would like clarity on. Of something essential to you, that’s on your mind a great deal and it is still unresolved.
In the end of your writing you might have jotted down a few pages of notes around the intention that you want to set. I find writing my intention down on paper tends to make the problem a lot clearer simply because I can literally see it in front of me.
You are able to discover a sense of enlightenment within the city with these techniques.

There is a schism or perhaps a gap in between groups of one’s senses. For example, your perception of sight and sound are each outward senses in that you see and listen to what’s outside of yourself. These two senses are carefully related. For example, if you hear a sudden sound you’ll naturally want to glance in that direction. Similarly if you are looking at a bird on the branch you’ll be more tuned into it’s tune. Sight and sound are closely associated senses.
Across the schism or gap of one’s senses is your perception of scent and what you taste. These are both internal senses and arise from chemical reactions inside your nostrils and on your very taste buds and are carefully associated. For it’s next to impossible to be able to taste some thing with out smelling it. Your taste and scent being two carefully related senses.
Throughout the schism once more is your sense of sensation. The perception of sensation as well as your sixth sense, your religious perception are closely related and connected. For if you are in alignment with synchronicities and also the natural flow of life, you will be sensing it as a pull within your body. For instance, you’ll obtain a feeling to go someplace and you will probably bump into a person you had to speak with. Or you will follow the perception not to get onto a crowded bus and later understand it had been involved in an accident. Your sense of feeling and sixth perception are closely related.
Nevertheless, the only way into heightening your sixth perception and tapping into the movement of the underlying force in your heart stroll would be to spend a couple of moments heightening and fine tuning each of one’s normal five senses. To heighten your perception of sight, your perception of sound in addition to your sense of scent, what you taste and feeling. On the heart stroll you’ll do that with the sense meditation and I will guide you through how you can do that within the following posts.
The very first perception to heighten in your heart walk and vision quest is your sense of sight. For most people this really is our most used sense, followed by our sense of hearing.
Often within our contemporary society our sense of vision is generally fairly slim. We usually possess a slim field of eyesight. For example, when we read we are focused on the little region in the web page and frequently aren’t conscious of what is about us when we are focused in this way. Similarly when we are watching the T.V.. Targeted around the television. Likewise with driving. Focused on what’s in front of us. We are trained from a very young age to focus on the narrow field of eyesight.
Uncover exactly how to do your personal vision quest immersed within the wisdom and mystery of the wilderness.

It was as though during this meditation I used to be everyone within the supermarket and feeling what they were experiencing. And knowing why they had been feeling what it had been they had been experiencing. Like my perception of self had dissolved and my sense of ‘I’ had expanded to be everything.
This sense of becoming every thing all at the same time lasted for approximately three weeks before it slowly began to dissipate.
What was left after this encounter is the fact that there is a power. A power that is guiding every thing. I don’t know precisely what this force is however it is like every thing has it’s own natural rhythm that’s being guided by this force.
For example I also remember back then in the Forest Park there were some yellow flowers up on a sand dune. And I remember every early morning they would open soon following the sun would rise. And they would gradually start to shut once more shortly prior to dusk. That is just what they did every day.
It had been not as though they had to recollect and consciously push themselves to open and shut each day. That is just what the power was guiding them to do. And when I felt myself as the flower I got to really feel what it was to open up and shut every day. For this was my natural rhythm that the power was guiding me to do.
Similar with the ocean. Two times every day the ocean would rise and fall. It might be pulled up and sink down twice every day. Again, this really is just what the ocean did. For this was the ocean’s organic rhythm. Guided to be pulled up and guided to sink lower. Twice every day. For that’s just what the ocean was guided to do.
Comparable for the sun. And the moon. The bugs, the wallabies and also the dolphins. Each had their organic rhythm and each was being guided in their steps by this delicate pull.
What I found was that I too had a natural rhythm which was also guided by a subtle force. For I discovered my organic rhythm was to wake slightly before sunrise. To then have a rest at mid-morning. Another nap within the mid-afternoon. And then to visit bed just following the sunlight set. This is my organic rhythm. Guided from the power whenever I pay attention to it.
And from what I’ve seen, everybody has their very own natural rhythm that is also guided by this delicate force that is inside all objects of nature. And whenever you are in alignment with ‘the force’, your life works. Synchronicities turn out to be the norm. You are in the precise correct place at the precise right time. And whenever you are out of alignment with the force and your natural rhythm, that is when life tends to become hard work. When it feels like you need to push and battle to make things work.
Meditation: these techniques allow you to talk directly with the land.

It has been worked out that around 80% of the world’s population believe in one religion or another (and there are lots of them), but about 70% of those are adherents to the big four. The four biggest religions are: Christianity, Islam, Hinduism and Buddhism. Judaism is the forerunner of both Islam and Christianity.
The Hebrew Bible recounts the history of the world and the story of the journey of the people from creation, all through the flood to the arrival in the Promised Land, or from Mesopotamia to Canaan, led by Abraham.
The offspring of Abraham and his people were enslaved by the Egyptians and did not manage to escape until Moses led them out of captivity. During this journey, Moses was given the Ten Commandments from God and they went on to be the bedrock of Jewish law and custom although there is no doubt that the Jewish mode of life has evolved from this period in the Tenth Century before Christ.
The sacred writings of the Hebrew Bible or Masorah are divided into twenty-four books. However, the same texts are divided up into thirty-nine books in the Christian Bible’s Old Testament. The Torah or The Law was being written at this time but it was altered and updated between the Tenth and Fifth Centuries before Christ.
In addition to the Hebrew scriptures, there is a bountiful tradition of ancient oral commentary known as the Talmud, which is a huge compilation of the Oral Law. The Talmud is the accepted authority for Orthodox Jews.
Judaism is the most ancient monotheistic religion known to the West. Jews believed in one God whilst all of the known world believed in pantheism or many gods like the Ancient Greeks. The name of God in the Jewish language is Yahweh and they believe that Yahweh agreed a covenant with His people to take care of them for ever as long as they remained devoted exclusively to him.
In the Jewish faith, sin is the unashamed disrespect of God’s will and that is punishable by God in a similar fashion to the Buddhist belief in karma.. The objective of following God’s Law is being welcomed into His Kingdom.
Jews worship in synagogues in congregations led by Rabbis who are considered Teachers or Masters (as in the old style of calling teachers, ‘masters’) rather than as monks or vicars. The Jewish Sabbath is not the Sunday as in Christianity, but is observed from sunset Friday until sunset Saturday night.
The most significant holidays or holy days in the Jewish calendar are: Rosh Hashanah (New Year); Yom Kippur (Day of Atonement); Hanukah (Festival of Lights) and Pesach (Passover). The Jewish nation does not celebrate Christmas because they believe that the Son of God is still yet to be born. They see Jesus as a prophet in the same way as the Muslims do.
There are three main branches of modern Judaism which are: Orthodox Judaism; Reform Judaism and Conservative Judaism. Some of these branches of Judaism are more prevalent in some countries than others.

Gold coins are extremely beautiful items and collecting them goes back to when coins were first issued in pre-Roman Europe. However, it was only in the Middle Ages that the amassing of gold coins became a leisure pursuit amongst the aristocracy and merchants who could afford to save such valuable items for their beauty and historical importance alone.
Coin collecting in general is still a very popular hobby enjoyed by millions of people of all ages. School children all over the world have small collections of overseas coins. Later, that hobby might expand into collecting coins from one’s own country. For example, it is easier and less expensive to collect a cent or penny from every year in the 20th Century in your own country than a foreign country.
This higher level of collecting coins can later become an expensive hobby once one has started working and has more money to spend. One might choose to specialize in collecting gold coins from a particular period or of a certain denomination. Dollar and sovereign coins are very popular in this regard.
In the USA, gold coins were in circulation from 1838 to 1933. The first pattern was the Liberty Head Bust but this was changed in 1907 to the Indian Head and Saint Gaudens motifs, which were in use until 1933. The problems presented by the Great Depression caused gold coins to be recalled to be melted down. This made them scarcer and therefore more valuable.
In the United Kingdom and other areas of Europe, gold was used for coins from before the birth of Christ and many exemplars of these Roman and Celtic gold coins still survive today. Gold is no longer used as currency in Europe either, although in the UK, a gold sovereign is still worth one pound. The design on the reverse is George and the Dragon, while the reigning monarch’s head is on the obverse
South Africa minted its first gold coin called the Krugerrand in 1967. The Krugerrand has no legal value because it was not intended to be used as currency. It is made of one ounce of pure gold and is usually purchased solely for investment purposes. Since then other countries have also minted bullion or investment coins. For instance, Canada made the Gold Maple Leaf in 1979 and Australia minted the Nugget in 1981.
In the days of the Gold Standard, countries promised to match the value of their currency with the amount of gold they held in reserve. That meant that if a country issued paper money without buying more gold to support it, the value of the paper currency would fall in relation to foreign currencies.
Different countries came off the Gold Standard at slightly different time, but most of them dropped the standard in or around 1971.
Collecting gold coins is a first-rate pastime, but it should not really be seen as an investment, because old gold coins carry a premium to the value of gold within them. This value is sentiment and that can change rapidly. If you want to collect gold coins all well and good, but if you want to buy gold for an investment, then buy bullion coins or bars.
Owen Jones, the writer of this piece, writes on many topics, but is currently involved with Clogau Welsh gold. If you have an interest in wedding rings too, please go to our website now at White Gold Claddagh Ring

With the world’s economy in the tank, companies bankrupt, ,homes undergoing foreclosure proceedings and millions of people out of work with no end in sight, success becomes an interesting, if abstract, concept. Whatever could be out there waiting for you in the form of success? If there is something there, what are the barriers between you and achieving success?
Living in a World of Faith
There is one answer to the question, “What does it take to succeed” spoken by Bishop E. Bernard Jordan that may be worth musing over. His answer is we must be able to live between the world of fact and the world of faith.
We all live among oceans of facts. Some things get done, some don’t. Some things are possible, some not. There is fact and then there is fiction. In the factual world there is only so much one can accomplish.
One of the problems with living with facts that is hard to grasp for many is that our culture considers there to be an algorithm for everything in the natural world… You invest your money, it will grow. You graduate from college; you will land a job paying you a comfortable salary. You spend years and years learning the corporate culture and climbing the ladder to the top echelons of the corporation, and you will reach the pinnacle, but not without sacrifice.
How much should you sacrifice before it is too much? Living in a world of faith doesn’t ask about sacrifice. Living there is about how you can achieve success while enjoying what is valuable to you in your life. It is about things that bear no price tag like spending time with loved ones and having the time to watch your kids grow instead of spending all that time in a small, grey cubicle on the 8th floor.
With faith, the obstacle standing between you and every ounce of the life you want to live is your imagination and your belief that you can make it happen.
“Life is full of tough decisions,” states Jordan. “Some people go through life pleased that the glass is half full; others spend a lifetime lamenting that it’s half-empty. The truth is there is a glass with a certain volume of liquid in it. From there, it’s up to you! Imagination is everything. It is the preview of life’s coming attractions.”
Think about it. Are you living totally in a world of facts that are stifling your imagination, or are you freeing your imagination and living in a world of faith in yourself, in success and in your future?
In the event that you found interest in this article you could drop by the Bishop Jordan’s methods to learn more about Bishop Jordan.
